10 safety tips to swim (ah..sbenernya nggak pnting2 amat sih..tapi boleh dibaca kok :D)

1.Practice the basic skills in a pool.
2.Don’t go alone. 3.Know your currents.
4.Find out what the water temperature is.
5.Check the weather. 6.Know your sea creatures.
7.Have a Plan A.
8.Have a Plan B. ( yaiyalah.masa abis ngerencanain plan A,masa' blon apa apa udah plan Z ~_~)
9.Check in with Check in with the lifeguards.the lifeguards.(huff.syukurlah...dikirain yang no 9 "Plan C")
10. Keep it simple on your first swim.


ALERT!
kalau sehabis makan,baiknya jangan sampe nyemplung dulu ke kolam renang.sekiranya tunggu sampe 15 menitan sampe makanan benar benar turun.dan......lakukan pemanasan terlebih dahulu sebelum renang itu penting!biar nantinya nggak kram saat di air.
